Job Description
As a Technical Lead, you will guide the technical direction of complex data and AI projects. You will be responsible for architectural decisions, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions that meet client needs.
In this role you will
- Lead technical architecture and design decisions for data and AI projects.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
- Mentor and guide development team members.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.
- Participate in technical pre-sales activities and solution design.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of solutions.
- Document technical architectures and decisions.
Requirements
- At least 4.5 years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong experience with Python and modern data engineering tools.
- Experience designing and implementing data architectures and pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data warehousing.
- Understanding of ML/AI concepts and their practical applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect)
- Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
- Background in consulting or professional services
