Our story

How Clientky came to be

Clientky was born from a very concrete reality: countless teams already sell and support via chat, but they do it with scattered tools, improvised processes and little visibility into what's actually happening in the operation.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email and other channels become part of everyday life, but management still depends on personal phones, unassigned conversations, informal follow-ups and duplicated or delayed replies.

We saw that problem over and over: messages weren't missing — order was.

So we started building Clientky. Not as another tool to add complexity, but as an operational foundation to centralise conversations, organise contacts, assign ownership, automate part of the work and give real visibility into what's happening on the team.
