AT CLIENTKY, PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY AND THE SECURITY OF YOUR DATA IS OUR PRIORITY. WE DO NOT SELL OR SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create a Clientky account, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Your organization or business name
  • Billing information (processed by secure payment providers)

1.2 Meta Integration Data (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)

When you connect your WhatsApp Business, Facebook, or Instagram accounts, we access:

  • Messages sent and received through these platforms
  • Contact profile information (name, profile picture when available)
  • WhatsApp phone numbers of your contacts
  • Facebook and Instagram user identifiers (PSID, IGSID)
  • Media files shared in conversations (images, videos, documents)

Important: This information is used exclusively to allow you to manage your conversations from the Platform. When you disconnect a WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram account, all data associated with that integration is automatically deleted from our systems.

1.3 Google Calendar Data

If you connect Google Calendar, we access:

  • Calendar events for two-way synchronization
  • Basic profile information from your Google account

1.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect technical information such as:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser and device type
  • Pages visited and actions taken on the Platform
  • Date and time of access

2. Use of Information

We use your information solely for:

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving the Services
  • Managing your account and processing payments
  • Sending service-related communications (updates, alerts, support)
  • Responding to your inquiries and support requests
  • Detecting and preventing fraud or unauthorized use
  • Complying with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

WE DO NOT SELL, RENT, OR SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES FOR MARKETING OR ADVERTISING PURPOSES.

We only share information in the following limited circumstances:

We work with trusted providers who help us operate the Platform:

  • Meta (WhatsApp Business API, Facebook, Instagram): For messaging management
  • Cloud infrastructure providers: For secure storage and processing
  • Payment processors: For managing transactions securely
  • Google: For Calendar integration

These providers only have access to the information necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect your information.

You may request deletion of your personal data. Note that some data may have already been deleted (for example, disconnecting WhatsApp or social media automatically removes that data).

Right of Portability

You may request a copy of your data in a structured, readable format.

Right to Object

You may object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

6. Automatic Data Deletion

For your protection, Clientky automatically deletes certain data when you take the following actions:

  • Disconnecting WhatsApp: All messages, contacts, and media files associated with that WhatsApp number are deleted immediately.
  • Disconnecting Facebook/Instagram: All conversations and profile data associated with those accounts are deleted immediately.
  • Disconnecting Google Calendar: Synced events and access tokens are deleted immediately.
  • Account deletion: All your data is permanently deleted.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep your session active and remember your preferences
  • Analyze Platform usage to improve the service
  • Ensure the security of your account

You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though this may affect the functionality of some Services.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. In such cases, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your information, in accordance with applicable law.

9. Minors

The Services are not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, including Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and its complementary regulations.
