Does Clientky offer a Free plan?

Not for new signups. Starter is the simplest way to begin and includes a 14-day cardless trial. Historical Free accounts remain available internally but are no longer part of the public offer.

How does the Starter and Growth trial work?

Choose Starter or Growth at the end of registration and your trial starts immediately. You have 14 days to connect channels and use the product with your chosen plan's capabilities. No card is required.

Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

No. Since no card is requested to start, there is no automatic charge. If you do not subscribe, operational access is frozen when the trial ends.

What happens to my data when the trial expires?

You can still sign in, subscribe and contact support. We retain your data and connections temporarily, while operational features remain paused until you subscribe.

Can I pay before the 14 days end?

Yes. You can subscribe to Starter or Growth at any time from billing. Your trial converts into a paid subscription without losing configuration or history.

Can I start a second trial?

Accepted Answer

No. Each account gets a single 14-day trial, regardless of which plan you pick. Switching between Starter and Growth during the trial never resets the countdown or starts a new one; retrying registration or returning later doesn't either.

How do I purchase Advanced?

Advanced requires a sales call. Choose it during registration or from pricing and we will coordinate the right implementation for your operation.

Can I choose annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly or yearly billing is selected when you pay. Yearly billing is equivalent to two months free.

Are WhatsApp charges included?

No. Meta messaging fees are separate from your Clientky subscription and follow Meta's current pricing. Clientky does not add a markup.

Can I add more users?

Yes. Starter and Growth include 5 and 10 users respectively; Advanced has no technical user limit. Additional users are configured when you subscribe where applicable.
