Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?

How many agents can handle conversations simultaneously from the same number?

There's no technical limit. Starter includes 5 users, Growth includes 10, and Advanced has no technical user limit.

Is this the official WhatsApp API or an unofficial solution?

Clientky runs on WhatsApp Cloud API, the official Meta API. We don't use unauthorised methods or third-party apps that violate WhatsApp's terms.

Can agents see each other's conversations?

It depends on how you configure permissions. You can restrict each agent to only see conversations assigned to them, or give them global visibility. Supervisors always see everything.

Can I transfer a conversation from one agent to another?

Yes. Any agent with the right permissions can reassign a conversation to another agent or team, with or without an internal context note.

Does it only work for WhatsApp or other channels too?

Can I see productivity reports per agent?
